  1. Wow the eating news these days is always changing. Here I thought breakfast was so vital. I think these rules and such are good to learn, but I honestly think everyone is different. Forget the rules, eat when hungry. 🙂

  2. Thanks for sharing! I used to never eat breakfast, but since I started engaging in a healthier life, I believe that it is an important meal. I eat a light, healthy breakfast on-the-go so that my brain is ready to start my day. I think people just need to be conscious about the types of food they eat and portion sizes.
